These Terms govern your use of Syxlor Store at syxlor.xyz. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase, and old enough to use the platforms the products relate to.
  • You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password (and 2FA backup codes) safe.
  • You must provide accurate delivery details (Player ID / UID, Discord username, Minecraft username, server invite). We are not liable for delivery to details you entered incorrectly.
  • Email verification is required before purchase.

2. Products & services

We sell digital goods such as Minecraft cape redeem codes, Minecraft accounts, subscription access, Free Fire diamonds and memberships, Discord items, and custom Minecraft services (server setup, plugins, configuration). Product availability, pricing, and stock can change at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is taken securely through Syxlor Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.
  • We may cancel and refund an order if it was priced incorrectly due to an obvious error.

4. Delivery

Digital codes and top-ups are typically delivered quickly after payment verification; accounts and custom services are delivered manually and may take longer. Delivery status is tracked from your dashboard.

5. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the store for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not resell or redistribute products in violation of the originating platform’s terms.
  • Abusive behaviour toward staff in live chat or support may result in suspension.

7. Third-party platforms

Products relate to third-party platforms (Mojang/Minecraft, Garena Free Fire, Discord, and others). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. You are responsible for complying with their terms; we are not liable for actions they take on their side (such as bans or policy changes).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse refunds/chargebacks, or pose a fraud or security risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
